3. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a service before it has been started, please contact us as soon as possible. For services that have not yet been initiated, you may be eligible for a full refund. However, once any work on your campaign has begun, cancellation will not result in a refund.

4. Modifications and Revisions

We offer a set number of revisions for each service (details of which are provided in your service agreement). If changes are necessary after the agreed-upon revisions have been completed, additional fees may apply.
